Regulations on the rating of Mafia World Tour
These regulations regulate the issues related to the World Tour and rating of the players of Mafia clubs, which are members of the Federation of Intellectual Role-playing Game "Mafia".
Article 1: The FIIM system maintains a general rating of all players of Mafia clubs that are members of FIIM.
Article 2: For participation in FIIM tournaments, in addition to points of the club rating, players are awarded additional points (hereinafter referred to as points).
Article 3. The FIIM system organizes tournaments and championships in different countries and cities.
Article 4. Points are awarded to a player depending on his place in the tournament.
Article 5. The number of points awarded to a player of a tournament depends on the player's place in the tournament table, the category of the tournament and the number of players who took part in it.
Article 6. Each tournament held under the auspices of FIIM is assigned a category:
"1 star" , "2 stars", "3 stars", "4 stars", "5 stars", "6 stars", "7 stars".
Article 7: The site maintains an alternative rating of players, the Coefficient of Performance (CoP). It is used to determine the strength of a tournament.
The Performance Coefficient (PC) is a measure of a player's form and performance and consists of the sum of all points scored by a player over the last 100 tournament games divided by 100. In case a player has not played 100 games, the sum of his points is divided by 100 and the PK changes with the addition of more games and is limited when the player reaches 100 games.

Article 8: REGULATIONS FOR TURNAMENTS
Ranking tournaments are those tournaments that award mvt points according to the player's achievement of a certain place in the tournament standings. Such tournaments have a rank, which is determined by the number of stars from 1 to 7. The tournament rank can be revised from year to year. Below is a table document on the tournament criteria, according to which the tournament rank (number of stars) is determined.

* Minimum 90% of the tournament participants must play the whole declared course
** Expert - a referee of not less than 1 category or a member of the SC, who is not conducting the games, is on the venue or remotely, on behalf of the GC reviews the games to identify errors (in the allocation of additional points or penalties). The candidature of an Expert must be agreed by the SC.
*** For tournaments with the level "2 stars" and below instead of the experience of the tournament organizer the experience of the co-organizer of such a tournament can be taken into account.
The rank of series tournaments is determined by the fact of their closing according to the formula described here: https://fiim.world/mwt-points.
Failure of an organizer to fulfill the criteria marked in the table above with an underline is instantly reflected in the rank of the tournament: the rank is changed in a given year.
Non-fulfillment of other criteria can lead to the change of the tournament organizer or reduction of the number of stars, if the tournament is author's, for the next year according to the results of the retrospective with the GP of the region. If minor violations related to force-majeure situations and which did not lead to a global decrease in the quality of the tournament are revealed, the above-mentioned sanctions are not applied for the next year, but the organizer has no right to request an increase in rank for his tournament.

Tournament history does not affect the number of stars. All other criteria must be taken into account, depending on the rank declared by the organizer.
National Championship 4*
Can be held if there are at least two organizers in the country and in the clubs of the country at least 40 participants who have played at least 1 tournament for the last year. The history of the tournament does not affect the number of stars. If the criterion on the number of participants is not met, the rank of the tournament is not reduced.
Capital Cup 3*
Can be held if there are at least two organizers in the city. Tournament history and organization experience does not affect the number of stars. If the criterion on the number of participants is not met, the rank of the tournament is not reduced.
Organizer's right
A player with 6 months or more of experience in Classic Mafia has the right to pay the organizer's fee of 50 euros per year and get the organizer's status from the GP. The organizer status gives the possibility to hold rating tournaments, series and to create FIIM clubs if the corresponding conditions for the creation of a club are fulfilled.
Organizer's seniority:
The number of years that the organizer has been active in FIIM (gathering club meetings, holding series and organizing tournaments) is counted in the organizer's seniority. If the organizer has experience in organizing tournaments in other federations, it is equated to one year of experience.
An organizer with 5+ years of successful continuous organizing experience in FIIM is eligible to declare new tournaments up to three stars ranking, committing to fulfill all other criteria.

Tournament types and registration
- closed (including serial tournaments) - the composition is formed at the discretion of the organizer, registration of applications is made by any method at the discretion of the organizer.
- open non-serial - the composition is formed with priority to the clubs members, further on the place in the rating of the region, player's KR, playing experience and date of application submission, registration of applications is made through the mvt website and the date of opening of registration is reported by the organizer publicly in the telegram channel of the region simultaneously with the opening of registration.
- open series - the composition of the series is formed with priority to the clubs members, further on the uniqueness of the participant and further on the place in the rating of the region, player's CR, playing experience and date of application submission, registration of applications is made through the mvt website, the date of the series and opening of registration is reported by the organizer publicly in the telegram channel of the region not later than a week in advance (MLM and regional).
- non-rating - can be formed at the discretion of the organizer and added to the site at any time of the year.
*The organizer has no right to refuse a player to register for an open tournament, if his application is higher priority than others
Scheduling
- Tournaments are planned by December 20 for the next year and coordinated with the GP
- The number of stars, city, organizer and stardom are declared as a promise to fulfill all criteria of tournament stardom. It is forbidden to increase the tournament rank by more than one star in comparison with the previous year.
- Closed tournaments may not be held between November 1st and December 31st of each year
- Approval of dates for semifinals and finals of series at least two months in advance
Announcement
- No later than one month before the start of the tournament
- Not later than one week before the start of the serial tournament stage
- Announcement is obligatory in the telegram channel of the region

Postponement
- Not later than one week before the originally scheduled start date of the tournament (does not apply to series tournaments).
- Public announcement of the new date and the date of opening of registration (if it is not a series tournament) from the GP apruv.
- It is forbidden to reschedule tournaments on the dates of semifinals and finals of series tournaments that are held in the same region or on the dates of MLM finals
- If a tournament is postponed to the dates of another tournament in the same region, the organizer must coordinate the postponement with the organizer of the tournament to whose dates the tournament is postponed.
- Postponement is possible for the date not later than October 30th
- Postponement of semifinals and finals of series is possible only with the consent of all participants.
Closing
- After closing, one week for players to appeal against mvt points accrual.
- One week to file complaints with the DC
- One week to complain to the SC
- One week for the GC to score the judges
- 2 weeks for the SC on duty to issue experience points to the GS
- One week for the GP to adjust the star rating of the tournament, if necessary.
After the above deadlines, no changes will be made to the tournaments and no complaints will be accepted.
Evaluation
At the end of the tournament, the GP will conduct a retrospective with the organizer(s) on the fulfillment of the tournament's stardom criteria and, if necessary, change the ranking of the tournament. In such a case, it is the responsibility of the VP to notify the region about the lowering of the tournament rank through the telegram channel of the tournament and the region. All remarks about detected violations, which did not affect the ranking of the tournament this year, the VP enters them into the corresponding table and uses this information when determining the ranking of the tournament for the next year.
Article 9: Points for participation in FIIM tournaments are awarded and are valid from January 1 to December 31 of the current year. MWT points are credited to a player from participation in 10 tournaments where he was on a higher position in the tournament table and earned more points, including not more than two series tournaments.
A Player qualifies to participate in Masters tournament if he participated in at least 7 rated tournament, provided that at least 5 of them were held in the player's home region. For qualification purposes up to 2 on-line tournaments can be counted as home-region tournaments. MWT points from the on-line tournaments are counted in the same way as points from regular tournaments.
Article 10. According to the results of the Mafia World Tour rankings as of December 31 of the previous year, the participants of the MAFIA WORLD TOUR MASTERS personal championship tournament are determined.
Article 11. According to the results of MAFIA WORLD TOUR MASTERS according to the quotas, which are distributed in the region in MAFIA WORLD TOUR GRANDMASTERS players pass by priority in the tournament table and receive the title of Grandmaster of the game Mafia. If a player has taken a passing place and cannot take part in GRANDMASTERS, his place is taken by the next ranked player of the same region.
Article 12. If a player who is entered in a MAFIA WORLD TOUR MASTERS or MAFIA WORLD TOUR GRANDMASTERS tournament withdraws from it less than 2 weeks before the start of the tournament without a valid reason, he will be disqualified from participating in FIIM tournaments for a period of 1 year. A player who does not participate in MAFIA WORLD TOUR GRANDMASTERS does not receive the title of Grandmaster of the game.
